Alex Cleberg is an intercultural trainer at the University of Minnesota and an improvisational instructor at the Brave New Workshop and the exclusive business development consultant to 26 retail offices. He uses intercultural theory to help others build bridges and be effective across cultures. By using skills developed in the applied improvisation community, he inspires those he coaches to speak effectively, connect authentically, and respond quickly.

He has co-created retail development plans with entrepreneurs in Ethiopia and Uganda, coached refugees to attain career level jobs in Minneapolis, started an educational program in a post-tsunami Sri Lankan village and used roleplaying to teach English to Japanese businessmen in Tokyo.
